Rules & verification

The holder reward rules.

How fees become cards, how holders qualify, and what each receipt proves.

01 / Funding

Creator fees open the packs.

The intended pair is the project token against CARDS. The worker checks supported Pump bonding-curve and canonical PumpSwap creator-fee vaults every 15 minutes. It credits finalized fee claims from the vault’s actual debit, not changes to the treasury’s overall balance.

The operator converts creator fees as needed and opens packs manually on Pump.fun. A received card enters the treasury only after supported One Piece metadata, current ownership and finalized card and USDC payment receipts are verified. Separate funding and card receipts are associated through operator review; this is not an on-chain proof that creator fees funded that specific card. Network fees and account rent require a separate SOL operating reserve.

The initial policy allocates claimed fees to Pump.fun pack openings. There is no reserve resale or buyback/burn branch in this relaunch. The token pair is a market configuration; it is not a partnership endorsement by Collector Crypt.

02 / Eligibility

Your balance at the snapshot.

The default holding unit is 100,000 OPSTR. Each full unit held at the finalized snapshot gives one ticket: 100,000 gives one, 250,000 gives two. Multiple token accounts belonging to the same wallet are combined before rounding.

The project treasury, configured exclusions and program-controlled wallets are excluded. The snapshot includes its slot, mint, holding unit, exclusion list, wallet balances and ticket counts. The account totals must reconcile to the mint’s supply or the draw waits.

Rewards do not require a wallet connection, signature or payment. Eligibility is checked per round and does not guarantee a prize. Holder snapshots are public and may reveal balances. Any geographic, age or promotion restrictions must be published and approved before activation.

03 / Selection

A published draw, not a mystery.

Rounds follow a 30-minute schedule anchored to the published first draw window. If no verified supported card is held by the treasury, the window is skipped. The worker does not promise 48 card deliveries per day or make up missed draws after downtime.

Once a card is in treasury, the worker hashes the card identity, purchase receipt, holder snapshot, eligibility policy and a future drand quicknet beacon round. It publishes that commitment in a Solana Memo transaction. The commitment must be observed finalized before the beacon’s scheduled time; otherwise the card carries forward.

The drand client verifies the beacon’s BLS signature against a pinned chain hash and public key. A domain-separated SHA-256 calculation and rejection sampling select a weighted ticket. The snapshot, commitment, beacon, selected ticket and transaction signatures are downloadable from each round in the activity ledger.

This is an operator-run system. It is not an audited, trustless raffle or a Solana VRF contract. The operator controls execution and exclusions and could pause or withhold a round. A beacon proof verifies randomness; it does not remove operator or custody risk.

04 / Delivery

The card goes to the winner’s wallet.

The implemented delivery adapter supports tokenized Collector Crypt Metaplex Core cards. A funded round awards one card to one selected eligible wallet. It is not an airdrop of a physical card to every holder. Tokenized card delivery is the selected reward format. Activation still requires the new mint, wallet, limits and funded acceptance. USDC substitution is not enabled.

The treasury signs a card transfer to the selected wallet. A delivery is counted only after finalization. The signed transaction is stored before submission; an uncertain transaction is reconciled rather than replaced with another purchase or payout.

Physical redemption, shipping, fees, custody and geographic restrictions are subject to Collector Crypt’s policies. Receiving a card asset does not automatically ship a physical card. Cards can carry issuer-controlled freeze permissions; the operator cannot guarantee unrestricted transfer or redemption forever.

05 / Limits & risks

What the system cannot promise.

Card prices can change, listings can disappear and token liquidity can be thin. Card ownership, resale value, rewards and token value are not guaranteed. Marketplace, RPC, routing, signer and randomness outages can delay rounds.

The worker requires explicit per-card and daily acquisition-cost limits, an operating SOL reserve, a dedicated creator wallet, a persistent journal and a configured server-side or managed signer. Its automation switches default to off. A new mint, creator, CARDS fee source, approved promotion terms and a funded manual acquisition/import and delivery test are required before launch.

Historical records remain in the repository as archives of an earlier campaign. They are not counted as current purchases or delivered rewards. No funds were moved by the site upgrade.
