Creator fees
The worker checks for claimable creator fees every 15 minutes. Confirmed receipts are recorded in the treasury ledger.
Creator fees open One Piece packs on Pump.fun. The cards we pull are airdropped to eligible OPSTR holders, with openings, winners and delivery receipts recorded here.
The Vault
Cards pulled from packs, reserved for holder rewards. Every delivery leaves a receipt.
Cards pulled from Pump.fun packs enter the treasury after ownership and payment receipts are verified.
Treasury totals use recorded USDC acquisition costs, not appraisals or guaranteed resale values. For a pack pull, the recorded cost is the pack payment; separate payment and card receipts are linked through operator review.
The strategy
Creator fees fund Pump.fun pack openings. The pulls go to eligible holders through funded draws.

We open One Piece packs manually on Pump.fun. Pulled cards enter the treasury after ownership and payment receipts are verified.
Each funded 30-minute round takes a finalized holder snapshot. Every full 100,000 OPSTR counts as one ticket.
A committed snapshot and verified randomness select one holder. The card is sent to that wallet and its transfer receipt is published.
Review the snapshot, on-chain commitment, randomness proof and finalized delivery.
